Kurskonzept

We offer courses for every level of difficulty. Our concept adapts to every learning speed!

Level 1-2 - POLE Beginner
If you start with Pole, you choose the course "Pole Beginner". Each course consists of 6 units of 90 minutes each. Technique and dance units alternate. Here you will learn the basics of spins and tricks and begin to combine them into choreographies. You can repeat the course as many times as you want. The tricks, spins and moves change, so it never gets boring.

Level 3-4 - POLE Intermediate
Climbing works quite well. You are safe in turns and you have already built up a lot of power, then you are right at the Intermediate level. Again, each course includes 6 units of 90 minutes each. Technique and dance units alternate. Here you will learn the basics of inversion and dares to take on challenging tricks. You can repeat the course as many times as you want. The tricks, spins and moves change, so it never gets boring.

Level 5 - POLE Advanced
Arriving at this level does not mean being a pro! But now we are on our way and improving every day! (Participation requirement: at least two INTERMEDIATE courses or equivalent skills).

AERIAL HOOP courses
Again, we work exclusively in small groups and adapt the difficulty levels to the skills of the students. Often, changing the suspension height of the tires helps to make things lighter or heavier.

AERIAL HOOP and POLE DANCE in the Aerial Exercises
We promote your motivation. Not always is a course visit possible (scheduling difficulties, shift work, holidays). In order to not forget what you have learned and to stay on the ball, the Aerial Exercises are open on Tuesday at 20:30 in such cases. At this hour you can participate with a points card.

Required skills
The required skills for the next level are taught in each course. Through different choreos and new transitions, new combinations and tricks it never gets boring. The more courses you complete, the more confident you are about the next level requirements.
Basically, all courses are designed so that if necessary 2 people share a pole. This does not diminish your learning success, you also need time to breathe.
